Yoga – A Regular Practice

Seth Anandram Jaipuria School, Satna highlights the importance of physical and mental well-being to students on a regular basis. This is aimed to create awareness about the benefits of yoga and encourage students to adopt a healthy lifestyle.
During Yoga Classes, we emphasize the significance of yoga in our daily life. Our Sports instructor guides students in both pre primary and middle school on how to perform various yoga asanas such as Surya Namaskar, Tadasana, Bhujangasana, and meditation techniques. Students actively participate and perform the postures with great dedication and interest. Teachers use basic meditation and yoga between a few academic classes to improve concentration, reduce stress, and enhance overall health. This allows students to develop concentration and focus during academic sessions.
